Shipping policy

 

Orders will be sent with a trackable service and estimated shipping times are 4–14 days worldwide (excludes weekends, public holidays, and federal holidays).

For orders above $99, shipping is free; Otherwise, standard shipping cost of $8.99 applies.

When you place your order, you will receive a confirmation email. It takes no more than 48 hours to process your order! Orders placed on holidays may get processed next business day. If you don't see a confirmation email please check your spam folder.

We ship Monday through Friday, except weekends and holidays. You'll receive your tracking number via email as soon as your order has been shipped. 

Orders placed with multiple items may get shipped separately to ensure the fastest delivery times.

We cannot guarantee delivery dates, as they are estimated, however on average, deliveries take 4-8 business days. Please allow 1-3 days for the tracking information to show.

If you refuse the shipment from us or choose to abandon your shipment, you agree that you will not be refunded.

Please take your time while ordering to ensure you provided all the correct information. Once your order is placed, we have no power in cancelling or redirecting the shipment.

If the item is not delivered on time, please contact the carrier for an update. We do not take any responsibility for any shipment delay by our carriers and cannot be held liable for USPS guarantees. 

If the tracking doesn't update within 4 weeks, it's considered missing. At this point, The House of Fleur reserves the right to send a replacement.

We are not responsible for lost orders due to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
