Refund policy

 

Please review your order before finishing checkout to make sure you didn't order a wrong size, style, or color and avoid any issues. We will definitely take care of any orders that are defective, damaged products, or if you received the wrong color or size. If an exchange or return is requested, we will review the request and determine how to make it right. Requests must be made within 14 days after receiving your item(s).

To start exchanges/returns, you can contact us at support@thehouseoffleur.com. We’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting an exchange will not be accepted.

For the return, please follow the steps listed below: 

  1. Make sure that the product is unused in the same condition you received it and has the original labels and accessories as well. 
  2. Pack the items properly and ensure your package is closed securely. 

Exemptions

Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Personal use items like lingerie and intimate items (e.g. those with underwear or thong design) are not returnable due to safety and hygiene reasons.

All other eligible items, are returnable for an exchange or refund to the original payment method.

Sale Items

Only regular priced items may be refunded; discounted sale items are final sale and cannot be refunded.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make things right. 

Refunds/Exchanges

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return. 

You can choose to exchange the returned item(s) for other similarly priced Fleur de Vendetta items, or you can receive a full refund to the original payment method.

Returns are processed within 1-5 days of delivery.

Please note that a restocking fee of $20 plus the original shipping fee will be deducted from the refund amount for all returned items. This fee helps us cover the costs associated with processing returns and restocking inventory.

Shipping 

You will not be responsible for shipping in cases where the items are defective, the items are damaged, or if you received the wrong color or size. For returns, you will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs.

Once an order has been placed, it cannot be cancelled or modified. We strive to process orders quickly to ensure timely delivery to our customers.
